2. Chamomile tea

To make chamomile tea, boil a cup of water. Remove from heat and add two to three teaspoons of dried flowers (add more flowers for each additional cup of water). Steep for 5–10 minutes. If using teabags, steep at least two for better results. You can drink up to three cups of chamomile tea a day on an empty stomach.”
