I wanted to find a simple easy delicious meal for dinner, when i got lucky and found this lemon pepper keto friendly chicken recipe. The recipe calls for the use of lemon pepper seasoning, but if you don't have it, use garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Sprinkle the chicken on both sides with lemon pepper seasoning. Place some olive oil in a pan on high heat. Place the seasoned chicken into the pan, and cook it to a golden brown on both sides. When you get the desired look, place a little water in the pan to remove the excess fat. Put in some of your favorite shredded cheese, feta, parmesan, mozzarella, or aged cheddar are good choices. At this time add fresh cream and chives to the pan. If you don't have chives, you can use green onions to sprinkle in the pan. The measurement of each ingredient, is subject to your interpretation, as you watch the preparation in this video. Now, sprinkle some parsley in the pan and mix the ingredients all together. Finish it off with a little grated cheese, parsley and chives.
