The recipe calls for 4 small to medium chicken breasts, or if you use large ones just cut them in half. Two lime remnants, garlic, fresh chopped ginger, salt and pepper, and olive oil. Place the ginger in the container with the olive oil, and then the lime remnants and the garlic. Juice the lime and place it in the container of olive oil. Add a little salt and pepper. Mix the contents, place the chicken in a mixing bowl and cover with most of the marinade. Save a little marinade for basting. Leave the marinaded chicken in the refrigerator for a few hours to absorb the flavor. Grill the chicken on a grill pan and baste both sides of the chicken while cooking.
