I came across this easy to make simple pot pulled pork recipe, that is low carb and keto friendly. The recipe calls for a mixing bowl and ingredients of 1/4 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp Himalayan salt. Mix all of the ingredients in the bowl and in a separate bowl add 2 lbs of medium sized thick juicy pork chops, mix the spices in the bowl with the pork on all sides. Add 1/3 cup of water, 2 minced garlic cloves, mix and cook for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, and shred the pork after cooking. Place the cooked pork in a bowl or platter and garnish with cut green onions.
