In a small bowl add some salt, ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, a little old bay seasoning, and a little cayenne pepper. Mix so that it will blend. In a large mixing bowl add 8ounces of crab meat, add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, the seafood blend, the chopped green onions, a little low carb worcestershire sauce, some lemon juice, one lightly beaten egg, and ground pork rinds. Mix the ingredients in the bowl with your hands to blend together. When everything is blended, use a 1/4 measuring cup to keep the portion in size. With your hands form the crab cake. Repeat until all of the crab cake mix is used. Add some oil to a skillet on medium high and melt in some unsalted butter. Place the crab cakes in the skillet and fry each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until a nice crust forms. Don’t flip the crab cakes too early to keep them from breaking.
